Look at the northern lights and the lightning over the volcano in Iceland.
When I look at pictures of deep space-- the galaxies, nebulas, etc... they look so gorgeous and you just want to go there and bask in it... yet we're witnessing the most violent events in the universe.
As it is in the rest of the universe, so it is on earth.
