Talk about retarded.

I was thinking... maybe Sarah Palin doesn't know that the word "retarded" is an actual word and it's okay to use that word when describing a political strategy because political strategy and public policy in America today is absolutely retarded (prevented from progress).

Why won't she just shut the fuck up already? I wish the neocons would learn vocabulary because their off the cuff comments just makes them look... well... RETARDED! (having a limited or below normal mental ability)
