I'm going to have to see this movie, "The Golden Compass," since Bill Donahue of the Catholic League is urging Catholics to boycott it. There must be something in it that the PTB don't want children to know... or think about. oooh. Compelling.
One surefire way to get Catholics to do something is to tell them NOT to do it under any circumstances.
So is Bill Donahue so out of touch that he doesn't know how Catholics think or is he clever and wants people to see it? I will go with the former because he is often absolutely wrong on most issues.
It comes out December 7th. Mark your calendars.
