Will the war on christmas never end?


She might as well have told the first graders that baby Jesus really wasn't born on Christmas Day.

But no, she did something worse... a real affront to the meaning of Christmas.

Richardson school district spokesman Tim Clark says he has good news. In his words -- "The teacher did hear from Santa Claus himself -- who heard about the situation and let the teacher know that the spirit of the holidays is alive and well -- and to pass that message along to the students."
And all is well. The good christian parents can continue to teach their kids the true meaning of christmas, while the non-christian kids wonder why Santa shuns them each year. But wasn't that always the point?
