Edith v. Edith

Seems the name, Edith, could be written a lot in the not so distant future. Here’s why. There are two women, both named Edith, and both may be on bush’s short list for nomination to the Supreme Court. Hadley Arkes, the Ney Professor of Jurisprudence at Amherst College and a senior fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center in Washington, has written about both women for the National Review (LINK)

The professor gives some perspective on each woman and he also says some things that scare me.
