And she's pretty ill informed too:
When asked by a third grader what the Vice President does, Palin replied,
"[T]hey’re in charge of the U.S. Senate so if they want to they can really get in there with the senators and make a lot of good policy changes that will make life better for Brandon and his family and his classroom."Don't they have a book like "Government for Dummies" that they can hand out to folks running for public office? I'll bet a lot of Americans think she's correct too.
Dumb and Dumber: Palin invoked Joe the Plumber again.
PALIN: I’m not going to call him a socialist but as Joe the plumber has suggested, in fact, he came right out and said it, it sounds like socialism to him and he speaks for so many Americans who are quite concerned now after hearing finally what Barack Obama’s true intentions are with his tax and economic plan. How much do you wanna bet that someone told "Joe" to say that Obama's plan sounds like socialism? Does he know what it means? Does she? I wonder if old Joe expects to get social security and medicare when he turns 65 or does he have vast resources at the ready to cover him in his older age? And since when is it wrong to take tax money and redistribute it back to the country? My head is spinning from all the spin.
I can't wait until this election is over. I wish it were over now.
